Bahrain’s Ministerial Decree No. 70/2015 (in force since 20 February 2016) establishes mandatory conformity requirements for air conditioning equipment. Any product within scope must obtain a Bahraini Conformity Certificate before it can be legally placed on the market — and IMQ Gulf is fully notified to issue it.
